We are looking for a passionate Casual Assistant Educator / Early Childhood Educator to join a supportive Early Learning Centre in Tempe, NSW.

This is a casual childcare opportunity for a Certificate III or Diploma-qualified Educator who enjoys working with children, supporting their learning and development, and being part of a positive and team-oriented early childhood team.

About the Role

As a Casual Assistant Educator, you will work alongside Room Leaders and other educators to provide high-quality education and care for children.

You will:
Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
Assist with daily early childhood education programs
Create protected, nurturing and engaging learning environments
Support daily routines, activities and learning experiences
Assist with observations and educational documentation
Build positive relationships with children and families
Work collaboratively with Room Leaders and Early Childhood Educators
Follow the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Maintain an understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)





About You

We are looking for a Casual Educator / Assistant Educator who is:
Certificate III or Diploma-qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care
Passionate about children, early learning and child development
Reliable, flexible and available for casual shifts
Positive, trustworthy and dedicated
A strong team player with good communication skills
Familiar with the EYLF, NQF and NQS
Eager to learn and contribute to a supportive childcare team
