We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our established early learning centre in Loganlea

About the Role
Immediate start
Deliver and implement an approved learning program aligned with the EYLF & NQS
Lead practice within the room and support educator development
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Contribute to quality improvement and compliance

About You
Certificate III or Diploma in ECEC or studying towards
Current Blue Card
Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirements
Strong communication and leadership skills
