Urban Grooves Café is looking for a friendly, reliable and energetic Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Greensborough.
About the Role
You will be responsible for providing great customer service and helping ensure our customers have an enjoyable dining experience.
Your duties will include:
Greeting and welcoming customers
Taking food and drink orders accurately
Serving food and beverages to tables
Clearing and resetting tables
Checking on customers and responding to their needs
Keeping the dining area clean and organised
Processing payments and handling the POS system
Working closely with the kitchen and other team members
Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
Helping with general café duties when required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous hospitality experience is preferred but training can be provided for the right person
Availability to work weekends and/or evenings is an advantage
