Role and Responsibilities:
Lead a team delivering high-quality commercial grounds maintenance.
Operate zero-turn mowers and specialised grounds equipment.
Complete mowing, pruning, planting and landscape maintenance.
Manage irrigation systems and perform minor repairs.
Complete pre-starts, SWMS, Take 5s and site reporting.
Build solid client relationships and represent Solutions+ professionally.
Monitor site standards and identify improvement opportunities.
Maintain a protected workplace and ensure WHS compliance.

What will you need?
A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Auto)
National Police Check or be willing to obtain.
Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
