Cherubs in the Home is a family-owned business providing domestic assistance services to Aged Care and NDIS participants across Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced and reliable Domestic Assistants to join our supportive team.

This role is perfect for cleaners looking for extra hours alongside their current job or those seeking regular ongoing work. You choose the days and hours that suit your lifestyle.

About the Role

As a Domestic Assistant, you will provide cleaning and household support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain a safe, clean and comfortable living workplace.

Typical duties may include:
General household cleaning
Vacuuming and mopping
Bathroom and kitchen cleaning
Dusting and wiping surfaces
Laundry assistance
Changing bed linen
Other domestic tasks as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous residential or domestic cleaning experience
Experience working within Aged Care and/or the NDIS sector (preferred)
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
The ability to travel locally around Cheltenham, Highett and surrounding suburbs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A reliable, honest and compassionate nature
A solid work ethic and attention to detail
Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
