We are seeking experienced and reliable Support Workers to join our NDIS team across , Sans Souci, Caringbah and Kogarah

Key Responsibilities:
Personal care, domestic assistance, and daily living support
Community access and social support
Following individual support plans

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in disability or community care
Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, or similar
First Aid & CPR
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check
Valid Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
Eligible to work in Australia
Insurance (for contractors)
