Work Mantra is looking for a Housekeeping Manger in Sydney for Sky Suites Sydney who will be responsible for maintaining a consistent standard of cleanliness across all 73 guest apartment's accommodation, public areas and other facilities in line with guest expectations and policies and procedures.

You will lead the day to day operations of the housekeeping department to ensure the productivity, consistency, quality and integrity of the housekeeping service meets and exceeds guest expectations.

Above all ensuring we are compliant with staff working hours and work rights.

Skills & Experience
Previous experience as an Ex / Supervisor in Housekeeping - Hotel experience is a must.




Strong background in housekeeping of all rooms and facilities
Proven experience in managing a large team including culture, rostering, payroll and training
Ability to implement procedures, processes and strategies for speed & quality of service
Management in stock levels, ordering, delivery, distribution, rotation & movement
Has managed and maintained a maintenance program to ensure ongoing improvements to the housekeeping service are implemented and sustained
Ability to maintain a safe work environment by assisting with implementation of OH&S; policies and procedures
