o 1 to 3 years’ experience in IT Corporate Workplace
o Provide break-fix Support and maintenance for all in scope Computing Hardware Desktops (e.g., desktops, laptops)
o Current joiner device setup and configuration and user initial guidance into IT
o incident management, and Service Requests for End User requests, VIP Support Requests, IMACDs requests and IT order fulfillment requests for hardware and software
o Provide smart hands support for new project setup such as device refresh and IT user device movements as required.
o Stock Management support, updating of Assets within Asset management tool. Support for dispatching devices to remote users using clients dispatch / courier system.
o Provide hands and eyes support for servers, network devices, meeting room technology, printers, etc.
o Provide Equipment and hardware support including, Desktop Devices, Mobile Devices, display screens and video systems, docking stations, communication devices, direct attached printers, local printers, scanners, wireless networking, projectors, etc.;
o Remote Desktop Support
o Installation & Troubleshooting of Standard Software
o ServiceNow Ticketing Tool
o Outlook/O365 Configuration & Troubleshooting
o MS Office Products Configuration & Troubleshooting
o Skype for Business & OneDrive Configuration & Troubleshooting
o SCCM Desktop Agent Issues Support & Troubleshooting + Imaging Machine
o Intune / Azure Image deployment
· Customer Experience Skills
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Valuable technical writing skills and a willingness to document all work performed.
o Ability to communicate and interact with both technical and non-technical customers.
o Strong customer service experience in a corporate environment
o High level of professionalism and strong personal interaction skills
o Excellent coordination skills with remote teams across time zones
