About the Role
You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for a wide range of commercial fit-out and construction projects. You’ll work closely with clients, trades, and internal teams,



playing a key role in shaping project scope and ensuring competitive and realistic pricing.

Key Responsibilities:
Interpret architectural drawings, site photos, and visit locations to develop detailed and accurate scopes of work
Prepare cost estimates across all trade packages
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing
Support the project team in tender submissions and handovers
Work on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced workplace
Conduct in office measurements and assessments as required
Foster strong working relationships with both clients and trade partners

The successful applicant will have a strong knowledge of building methodology and ability to accurately extract scope from both plans and site conditions.
