Our Cafe is looking for an experienced and reliable Full time Barista to join our team at our busy café in Melbourne.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about coffee, provides excellent customer service and can work confidently in a rapid-paced setting.
About the role:
Full-time position – approximately 38 hours per week
Monday to Friday – no weekends
Immediate start available
Salary of $70,000 + superannuation
Busy hospital café environment
Key responsibilities:
Preparing high-quality coffees and other beverages
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
Handling a high volume of coffee orders during busy periods
Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station
Following food safety and hygiene standards
Working effectively with the rest of the café team
Assisting with general café duties when required
What we're looking for:
Minimum 4 years of relevant barista/café experience
Strong coffee-making skills and knowledge
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Available Monday to Friday, mornings and afternoons
Fluent English and solid communication skills
Punctual, reliable, positive and friendly
Excellent work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
Australian working rights required
