Banana Blossom Bondi Beach is seeking experienced hospitality all-rounders who are confident working across both kitchen prep and front-of-house service in a rapid-moving, health-driven setting.
We specialise in made-to-order salads and nutrient-dense bowls with bold Asian flavours — fresh, clean food executed with precision in a high-volume setting. Our focus is speed, consistency and delivering a premium experience in one of Australia’s most iconic beachside locations.
What we’re looking for:
Strong prep and knife skills
Experience in high-turnover, fresh food settings
Confident taking orders and engaging with customers
Ability to move seamlessly between BOH and FOH
Excellent food safety standards and attention to detail
Calm, efficient and composed under pressure
Solid communication and polished presentation
Genuine interest in health-focused hospitality
This job is suitable for students looking for set hours and lots of shifts during the week and on weekends!
Must have valid Australian working rights.
