TRS Resourcing is seeking experienced, trade-qualified Boilermakers/Fabricators for a long-term day-shift workshop opportunity in Melbourne’s western suburbs.

This position will suit skilled tradespeople with strong MIG and TIG welding experience who take pride in producing accurate, high-quality fabrication work in a professional and safety-focused setting.

The initial assignment is expected to run for at least 26 weeks and may transition to permanent full time employment for the right person.

Key Responsibilities
Fabricating and assembling metal components
MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
Reading and interpreting engineering and workshop drawings
Completing accurate, high-quality fabrication work
Working independently and as part of a fabrication team
Maintaining workshop safety, quality and housekeeping standards

What You’ll Need




Australian-recognised trade qualification in Boilermaking or Fabrication
Strong MIG and TIG welding skills
Experience in workshop-based fabrication
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Robust mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to manage priorities and work with minimal supervision
Full working rights in Australia
Currently based in Melbourne, Victoria
