As Centre Director, you’ll work closely with our leadership team to ensure the service continues to thrive. You’ll bring a positive qualified presence, supporting educators and delivering meaningful programs, maintaining compliance, and building a warm and connected community for our children and families.

with a solid understanding of the National Quality Framework and early childhood best practices.

A confident communicator who can support operations, assist with enrolments, and help keep the day running smoothly.
A person whom holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and has previously had experience at either Centre Director or Assistant Centre Director level

What You’ll Do:
Leading daily operations and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Mentor and support educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
Build and maintain positive relationships with families, children, and the community.
Drive continuous improvement and uphold a culture of quality, inclusion, and respect.
