Customer Service Advisor
Full-Time | Hybrid Working | North Sydney

We are partnering with an innovative organisation that plays a key role in supporting sustainability initiatives across Australia and is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join its collaborative Contact Centre team.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Investigating and resolving customer issues and complaints
Providing accurate information and support to customers and business partners
Maintaining customer records and case notes within ticketing systems
Contributing to knowledge-sharing and process improvement initiatives
Working collaboratively within a team-focused contact centre workplace

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous contact centre experience handling inbound calls and email enquiries
Experience using ticketing systems or CRM platforms such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar
Excellent verbal and written communication skills




Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Resilience and confidence in handling complex enquiries and customer complaints
A genuine passion for delivering positive customer outcomes

Working Arrangements
Permanent full-time position (38 hours per week)
Hybrid working model
Dedicated home office setup required, including reliable internet connection
Attendance at the North Sydney office at least once per fortnight and as required for training and team events
Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
