Level Plumbing Lithgow is looking for an organised and reliable Junior Administration Assistant to join our office team.
Position details
Permanent part time
19.5 hours per week
Applicants must have at least six months’ previous experience in administration, reception or a similar office-based customer-service role.
Your duties will include:
Answering calls and assisting with customer enquiries
Monitoring emails and helping with booking confirmations
Entering and maintaining customer and job information
Filing, scanning, document preparation and data entry
Assisting with job records, purchase orders and invoice documentation
Providing general administrative support to the office and wider team
Learning Simpro and other business systems
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who has:
A professional and confident telephone manner
Good computer and data-entry skills
Robust organisation and attention to detail
A reliable and helpful approach
The ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality
A willingness to learn and ask questions when unsure
Experience with Simpro, Microsoft 365, Xero or a trade-service business would be an advantage but is not essential.
