MW Civil & Earthmoving are currently seeking experienced Earthworks Supervisors for multiple civil projects based in regional WA.
This role will suit supervisors with robust bulk earthworks experience, as well as proven capability in detailed earthworks. The project involves cut-to-fill operations, general civil works, detailed earthworks delivery, and exposure to FRP works within a mining environment.

Project Details
Location: Pilbara, and regional WA
Scope: Bulk earthworks, cut-to-fill operations, detailed earthworks and civil construction
Roster: 2:1 FIFO from Perth
Start Date: Immediate start
Applicant Requirements
Must hold S26 Supervisor certification
Demonstrated experience supervising bulk earthworks projects
Detailed earthworks experience essential
Knowledge or exposure to FRP works preferred
Strong understanding of civil construction, safety, productivity, and quality requirements
Ability to lead crews, manage daily work fronts, and coordinate plant and labour effectively
Rio Tinto inductions preferred but not essential
BHP inductions considered a strong advantage
Must have a clean National Police Clearance
