I am interested in speaking with Electrical Supervisors who would be intersted in running a brand-new luxury apartment development in Southport. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an established contractor who are busy across the Gold Coast.

We’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor with proven apartment construction experience who is confident managing large site teams and driving programme outcomes on rapid-paced builds.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing and coordinating crews of 15+ electricians and subcontractors
Working closely with the builder and other trades to keep works moving
Driving programme and ensuring works are delivered on schedule




Monitoring safety, quality and overall site presentation
Coordinating materials, labour and site activities
Managing site issues and keeping communication flowing across the project

About you:
Current Electrical Licence is essential
Previous experience supervising electrical works on high rise construction projects
Proven ability managing crews of 15+ personnel in office
Solid understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
Ability to work collaboratively with builders and other trades
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
