Prepare and cook food in accordance with company recipes and food preparation standards.
Assist with food preparation, including washing, cutting, portioning and storing ingredients.
Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely and consistent manner.
Maintain a positive knowledge of the Taiwanese menu, including ingredients, preparation methods and cooking procedures.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements at all times.
Keep kitchen areas, equipment and workstations clean, organised and hygienic.
Monitor food supplies and assist with restocking ingredients and kitchen supplies when required.
Assist with receiving, checking and storing deliveries appropriately.
Work cooperatively with other kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow reasonable instructions from supervisors and assist with other kitchen duties as required.

Pay: $26.44 – $49.97 per hour
