About The Role
We are looking for experienced 3PL warehousing staff to join our team at Erskine Park who can deliver the following.
Licensed and confident on a high‑reach forklift & Counter Balance
Open to growing with a company that promotes internally
Desire to be part of a great team workplace
Take pride in attention to detail
Positive, can‑do attitude with a reliable work ethic
Commitment to safe warehouse practices
Familiar with using RF scanners
Take pride in getting things right the first time
Physically fit and able to perform some manual lifting
Looking for long‑term employment
Qualifications & Experience
Experience working in a high‑volume 3PL warehouse setting
Forklift Licence (High Reach and/or Counter Balance) essential
Proven experience in picking, packing, checking and dispatching orders
Previous use of warehouse management systems including RF scanners
Ability to work in a team focused on excellent customer service
Understanding of the importance of adherence to WH&S; policies and procedures
Knowledge of inventory management
Excellent attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Flexible, positive, can‑do attitude
