Responsibilities
IB & Affiliate Acquisition: Proactively prospect, pitch, and onboard current Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and high-net-worth (HNW) partners. Focus on generating revenue from B2B channels.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, high-trust relationships with existing partners, serving as their dedicated contact to maximise their activity, loyalty, and overall trading volume.
Performance Targets: Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly targets for recent partner sign-ups, deposits, and generated trading volume/revenue.
Sales Process:
Expertly negotiate commercial terms (commissions, rebates) and close partnership agreements. Be proficient in using CRM software to track progress and manage the sales pipeline.
Market Engagement: Actively attend local industry events, seminars, and conferences (virtual and physical) to network, represent Decode Global, and secure new opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum 1+ year of direct Business Development experience within the Forex/CFD industry. Demonstrable success in the IB/Affiliate acquisition model is essential.
Strong technical understanding of CFD products, common trading platforms (MT4/5), and typical partnership structures and commission models.
Native or near-native fluency in a local language is mandatory. High proficiency in English is required.
Proven 'hunter' mentality, exceptional communication, persuasive negotiation skills, and a strong network within the local trading community.
