Key responsibilities
Build close client relationships




Explore and diagnose business problems from an expert behavioural perspective
Apply quantitative and qualitative research methods to understand behaviour
Triangulate, synthesise and interpret data to uncover commercial outcomes
Test and evaluate ideas
Design and apply evidence-based behavioural interventions
Engage clients through workshops and training

What We’re Looking For
Postgraduate qualifications in behaviour change - psychology, behavioural economics, neuroscience, behavioural science, or other related discipline
Prior experience in a consulting, research or behavioural insights role
Comfort navigating complexity and ambiguity
A commercial mindset and a love of turning insight into action
You pride yourself on your critical thinking
You want to work more flexibly
