A leading property investment manager is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their Analytics team on a 12-month contract, reporting to the Head of Analytics.
This role will take responsibility for portfolio analytics across a high-quality mixed-use portfolio, comprising of office, retail and industrial properties.
The portfolio is backed by high quality institutional investors and represents approximately $3bn in AUM, offering solid market exposure and career development potential.
About you
Proven experience in property portfolio analytics, ideally spanning office, industrial and retail sectors
Retail exposure highly regarded
Solid AI literacy, particularly Microsoft Copilot
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-calibre workplace
