You will participate on the management team and manage the key Human Resource activities and projects across the organisation. There is a direct report and team to build.
As you would expect a core focus is the end-to-end management of the employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit, and participating in projects and improvement activities to deliver Human Resource support to achieve the business strategy and outcomes.
