We are currently seeking suitably qualified SCAFFOLDERS The role includes but is not limited to: Determining job requirements and planning/configuring scaffolding
Erecting lifting tackles by attaching pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures, and installing cables and attaching counterweights Attaching slinging gear to hoisting equipment and objects to be moved using clamps, hooks, bolts and knots Fitting and bolting tubes, support braces and components to form bases and build up scaffolding
Lifting and positioning sections of scaffolding Dismantling and removing on completion Carry out tasks within agreed time limits
Fixing mesh and reinforcing steel into position in formwork for concrete pours Setting up winches and rigging equipment to raise and position girders, plates, columns and other steel units Erecting guard rails, guy wires, ropes and clears, laying planks and hanging safety nets
Help identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair; to ensure compliance with agreed codes, law, working practices and health and safety Adhere to all policies and procedures To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
Minimum 3 years working experience in the same field High Risk Basic Scaffold Licence (SB) Working at Heights (within 2 years)
Confined Space (within 2 years) Construction Card Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting
Robust communication skills Self-motivated, organised, punctual and reliable Must have outstanding work ethics
