ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE
Our client is a large, well-established NFP organisation seeking an FP&A; Analyst to join their finance team on a four-month contract.
Reporting to the FP&A; Manager, you'll become part of a high-performing commercial finance team, partnering with operational leaders to provide meaningful financial analysis, budgeting support and commercial insights. This is a hands-on analytical role where you'll spend as much time understanding the drivers behind the numbers as you will reporting on them.
You'll be joining the business during a period of transformation, making this an excellent chance to contribute from day one and work alongside an experienced FP&A; team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver monthly management reporting and variance analysis
Build financial models and forecasting tools
Analyse operational performance and key business drivers




Partner with operational stakeholders to provide commercial insights
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Analyse labour costs, payroll trends and operational metrics
Assist with revenue analysis and funding performance
Drive reporting improvements and process efficiencies

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience in FP&A;, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting
Solid financial modelling and analytical capability
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders
Experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
Power BI, Power Query or Business Central exposure will be highly regarded
