Be part of one of Solotel’s most exciting relaunches, bringing late-night energy, standout cocktails and serious party vibes to the heart of Surry Hills. We’re looking for cocktail masters with big personalities who know how to put on a show and keep the positive times flowing.

The Role

As a Bartender, you’ll bring our reimagined cocktail menu to life—playful in execution and quality-first in every pour. You’ll work a room where the drinks, music and crowd build together, with vinyl, karaoke and late-night energy at the heart of every shift.

You’ll shake, stir and serve a focused list of Japanese bar-culture-inspired cocktails, keeping the bar moving with pace and precision as early drinks turn into a packed dancefloor. Working alongside a share-style menu of yakitori, karaage and gyoza, great timing and tight teamwork with the floor will be key.

We’re looking for skilled cocktail slingers with a genuine love of craft and hospitality—guest-obsessed, confident behind a busy bar and full of energy without the ego.
