About the Role

As a Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, building lasting relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting the right used vehicle to meet their needs and budget.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Generate sales opportunities through leads, referrals, and follow-up activities.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Prepare sales documentation accurately and efficiently.




Work closely with the Finance & Insurance team to maximise customer solutions.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive sales.
A customer-focused approach and strong communication skills.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
The ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
A current and valid driver's licence.
