Job Overview

Estia Health Oakleigh East is seeking experienced Personal Care Workers/Attendants (PCA’s) to join our team as Personal Care Worker/PCA – Nutrition on a Casual basis. In this role you will support residents with meals and drinks, ensuring a person‑centred care approach.

Responsibilities
Assist residents with their meals and drinks following Estia Health’s personalised meal service guidelines.
Lend a hand with daily life activities, ensuring residents feel heard, comfortable, and well‑fed.
Collaborate with the team to support residents who require additional care and assistance.
Encourage and facilitate meaningful and engaging activities for residents.
Maintain a supportive and respectful setting, upholding each resident’s privacy and dignity.

Qualifications and Experience
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
Relevant experience in aged‑care personal care or a similar setting.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on residents’ lives.




Robust teamwork orientation and the ability to work effectively in a hospital‑style, front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house model.
