The Role
Working as part of an experienced national team, you'll advise on a broad range of commercial disputes, including contractual and shareholder disputes, regulatory matters, negligence claims, misleading and deceptive conduct, and property and construction disputes. You'll be involved in all stages of litigation, from strategy through to court proceedings, mediations and settlements, while also mentoring junior lawyers and building solid client relationships.

The Right Person
To be successful in this role, you will have:
5+ years' PAE in commercial litigation or disputes.
Strong technical ability, drafting skills and commercial judgement.
Experience managing complex matters and building client relationships.
A collaborative approach and the ability to mentor junior lawyers.
