10x Labs is seeking an in-house lawyer to triage and accelerate deal flow across commercial and technology law. You will own MSAs, SOWs, NDAs and partner agreements while protecting IP architecture and managing employment/contractor frameworks internationally.
The role requires Australian-qualified lawyers with 5+ years PQE, solid drafting/negotiation skills, pragmatic risk judgement, and explicit communication with founders and clients. This is a first legal hire with trust and growth potential.
