Life Without Barriers is seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to assist participants in coordinating and implementing supports under their NDIA plans. A person-centered approach and building solid relationships with participants, families, NDIA coordinators and service providers are essential.
This permanent part time role (four days per week) is Brisbane-based with adaptable work from home, requiring visits to clients across Brisbane, Toowoomba and Ipswich.
