Job Description

As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be at the heart of the practice, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our front office while delivering outstanding customer service. You'll work closely with our clinicians and support team to provide a seamless experience for patients from their first phone call through to their appointments and ongoing care.

Key Responsibilities
Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming setting
Managing appointment bookings and diary coordination
Handling patient enquiries via phone, email, and in person




Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
Managing health fund claims and administrative tasks
Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day practice operations
Ensuring the reception area remains professional and organised

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:
Dental Experience, preferred
Experience working on Oasis, a bonus
Friendly, professional, and passionate about customer service
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using computers and learning new systems
Able to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
A solid communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
