A. Rostering Leadership
Supervise and support rostering coordinators.
Lead meetings, provide training, and manage performance.

B. Operational Oversight
Oversee roster creation and service coverage.
Ensure accurate and timely updates.

C. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure SCHADS, NDIS, and internal policy compliance.
Review staff qualifications before allocation.

D. Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with CRCs, HR, Payroll, Intake, and Operations.

E. Systems & Improvement
Oversee system accuracy and drive workflow improvements.

Requirements
Experience in rostering and leadership. - Solid knowledge of SCHADS and NDIS. - High-level communication and problem-solving skills.
