Aussie Broadband in Gippsland is hiring for a customer service role in our call centre. You will work 8-hour shifts on a rotating roster between 8am and 12am, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

We value warm, transparent communication, basic data entry skills and a willingness to learn about telco tech. You will handle account and technical inquiries across channels and follow help desk procedures.
