YMCA Victoria is hiring a Lifeguard to provide a safe swimming environment across our centres in Victoria. The role requires vigilance, transparent communication, and a customer-focused approach to help keep pool users informed and safe.
The ideal candidate will hold an Aquatic Pool Lifeguard Certificate (or be willing to obtain it), and hold CPR and First Aid qualifications. This casual position offers flexible rostering, excellent wellbeing advantages, and access to a range of YMCA facilities.
