About the Business

Kevin Joyce Pest Management is a well-established and leading pest control company based in Tempe with over 50 years experience, focused on residential properties, strata complexes and commercial premises.

About the Role

The position is full time, and you will be working Monday-Friday with rotating Saturday work.
Scheduling and ad hoc pest management works for technicians
Rescheduling pest management works to meet often changing/conflicting client priorities
Liaising with clients to confirm bookings
Responding to client enquiries (phone calls and emails)
Submission of invoices and associated reports to clients (some through various client online portals)
Following up & working on quotes same time the quote is handed over
Providing administrative support to management
Updating and maintaining files, databases.
Control of documents (templates, forms,



outgoing quotes etc)
Maintaining client records
Ordering / maintaining office supplies and chemicals.

To be successful in this role you MUST have:
Strong computer literacy skills (with demonstrated intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word & Excel)
A high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal
Solid organisational and time management skills as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced workplace
The ability to manage tasks in compliance with company and client policies & procedures
The ability to work independently as well as a team.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport.
Experience in CRM Systems – Desirable but not essential
Familiar with maintaining ISO Quality Management Systems.
