BCC Enterprises Pty Ltd As a Cook at Smokin Joe's Pizza & Grill - Kilmore, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes that reflect our authentic menu while maintaining excellent standards of food safety and hygiene. You will work closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience to our guests.

Task & responsibilities
Prepare, season, and cook a wide variety of Italian-inspired dishes in line with restaurant standards
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of food served
Monitor food preparation processes and maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
Assist in stock control, ordering, and managing inventory
Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning and daily specials
Train and supervise kitchen assistants and apprentices when required
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and workplace health standards
Qualification & experience
Diploma of Hospitality Management (or equivalent) is highly regarded
Minimum 3 years of relevant full-time work experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and preparation techniques preferred
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to maintaining food quality, safety, and hygiene standards
