Novotel, Mercure and ibis Darwin Airport Resorts is seeking a commercially minded People & Culture Director to relocate to Darwin. You will shape the employee experience, coach Heads of Department and lead a small P&C; team with solid support from the General Manager.
In this role you will partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, induction, training and performance conversations, while ensuring compliance and reporting across three hotels in a busy resort setting.
