BLACKROC is partnering with a large, well-established Brisbane organisation to recruit two Lead Data Analysts into their data and analytics function.
Role Purpose
As Lead Data Analyst, you'll take ownership of an existing dashboard suite (Power BI fed from Databricks) and play a key role in an "analytics as a product" approach, keeping reporting operational, accurate, and evolving in a rapid-paced, high-volume data environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and improve an existing dashboard suite (Power BI fed from Databricks)
Take ownership of reporting capability across a significant, newly established business initiative and the wider organisation
Balance the stability and accuracy of reporting with the speed and agility the business demands
Improve and evolve existing processes, challenging assumptions where needed
Engage confidently with stakeholders across the business
Required Skills & Experience
Solid hands-on experience with Databricks and Power BI
Proficiency in Python
Comfort navigating ambiguity and improving existing processes
