Overview

In-Home Solar Representative for Prestige Renewables. You will educate homeowners about solar energy, guide them through the process of going solar, conduct in-home consultations, assess energy needs, and design custom solar solutions tailored to each customer.

Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations and needs analyses to determine customers’ energy requirements.
Design and present custom solar solutions aligned with customer needs.
Engage with homeowners to educate, advise, and guide them through the solar purchase process.
Attend 10–20 pre-booked and qualified appointments per week and close sales where appropriate.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to installation.

Qualifications
Strong experience in business development, face-to-face sales, in-home sales, or door-to-door sales is essential.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of closing sales.




Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate customer schedules.
Passion for renewable energy and making a positive environmental impact.

Compensation & Training
Training by the owner, followed by 10–20 pre-booked meetings per week.
Retainer of $1,000 per week for the first 10 weeks, then commission-only thereafter.
Average earnings per sale range from $900 to $1,500.
Comprehensive training and a dynamic, cooperative work setting.
