Job Description

As our Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance, presentation, safety and operational integrity of the hotel. You'll lead maintenance planning and preventative maintenance programs, manage contractors, oversee compliance requirements, and work closely with leaders across the hotel to ensure our facilities remain safe, functional and guest-ready.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the maintenance and engineering operations across the hotels to ensure a secure, compliant and well-presented workplace for guests and team members.
Manage preventative maintenance programs, repairs, asset upkeep and building services to maintain operational excellence.
Manage external contractors and service providers, overseeing contractor engagement, performance and compliance, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time and to the required standard.
Ensure compliance with fire safety, WHS, statutory maintenance and regulatory requirements.
Manage departmental budgets, expenditure and maintenance projects while identifying prospects for continuous improvement.
Lead, coach and develop the maintenance team, fostering a positive culture and high performance.
