This role is within a busy Government agency that works in a collaborative manner with all state and territory governments to provide service to the Australian public.
Your new role
This help desk role will have you providing high quality training and customer service for level 1 and 2 enquiries. You will be the primary point of contact for the team.
Answering, analysing and responding to level 1 and 2 enquiries from internal and external parties.
Adhere to time frames of response
Identify and solve one off and ongoing issues
Explain systems functions to clients
Ensure smooth system operation
Provide general admin support
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communication with people at all levels.
They will have strong customer service experience, previous call centre/ help desk experience is highly desired
Ability to work as a collaborative team member
The successful applicant must be an Australian Citizen capable of obtaining and maintaining an NV1 security clearance.
Previous experience within a busy government department
Please note that this role may require you to work some weekends and public holidays
