About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bubbly, organised and customer-focused Receptionist to join our dynamic, friendly and close-knit team. In this full time role, you'll be the face of our business and help keep our office running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:
welcoming and assisting clients and visitors in a qualified and friendly manner;
handling incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and effective manner;
assisting with the co-ordination of client meetings and events;
providing general administrative support including filing, photocopying and data entry;
file and records management;




supporting lawyers with various administrative and secretarial tasks as required;
assisting with billing and accounts.

About You

You will have:
previous experience as a Receptionist, Legal Secretary or Office Manager (highly regarded);
accurate typing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook;
strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively;
excellent attention to detail;
solid communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner;
ability to work autonomously when required;
ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting;
energy, drive, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
