The Bears Group is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager for Burleigh Sports Club on a full-time basis. You will lead face-to-face operations, ensure compliance, and drive productive, secure service while working with the Venue Manager to support staff growth.
This role requires prior Duty Manager experience, current QLD RSA/RSG, and the ability to obtain RMLV/CLO. A robust knowledge of Liquor, Gaming, and AML/CTF acts is essential, along with excellent communication and staff-management skills.
