Carel Global Partners on the Gold Coast seeks an hands-on Onsite Caretaking & Operations Supervisor for a brand recent luxury residential tower. You will be the on-ground point person, keeping the building presented, protected and running from 6:30am, including pool, lawns, lifts and common areas, and supervising contractors.
You will report to the Building Operations Manager, supervise a second building as required, and respond to emergencies after hours.
