Excavator Operators Wanted — Major Civil Construction Projects, Sydney NSW

BTC is actively seeking highly experienced Excavator Operators to join our team on major civil construction projects across Sydney. If you're skilled, reliable, and ready for ongoing work with a company that values its people, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

You’ll be working across a range of excavator sizes 5T-45T, handling both detailed and bulk earthworks on civil projects. This is a outstanding prospect for an experienced operator looking for long-term, consistent work on major NSW infrastructure and construction projects.

What You’ll Need:
Minimum 3 years’ experience operating various-sized excavators
Solid background in the Civil Construction industry
Experience digging around live services
White Card
Driver’s licence and own transport

Highly Desirable:
Experience operating other earthmoving machinery
Additional plant and earthmoving tickets
RIW Card
