Mills Recruitment is working exclusively with a respected Perth-based engineering consultancy to appoint a Structural Engineer to their growing CBD team.

Our client delivers specialist structural engineering services across Mineral Processing, Renewables, Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI), and Commercial developments , supporting projects from concept through to execution. They are recognised for their practical, technically robust solutions and robust client relationships across Western Australia and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
Structural design calculations and technical reporting for Mining, Renewables, and NPI projects
Site inspections, investigations, and preparation of associated reports
Development of engineering sketches and coordination with drafting resources
Direct engagement with clients to review, discuss, and refine design solutions
Supporting project delivery with practical,



constructible engineering outcomes

About You
Degree‑qualified Structural Engineer with 3+ years’ experience in reinforced concrete and structural steel design (Engineers with additional experience may be considered for a Senior role)
Proven project experience within Mining, Renewables, and Non‑Process Infrastructure environments
Proficiency in Space Gass, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Australian Standards (Experience with Strand7 is advantageous)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging clients
High attention to detail and a practical, problem‑solving approach
Self‑driven, skilled, and passionate about delivering high‑quality structural engineering solutions
