Since opening its doors in October 2020, Happyfield has quickly earned a reputation as one of Sydney’s busiest and most beloved cafés. We’ve been featured in Broadsheet , Timeout , Good Food , and the Sydney Morning Herald —and we’re proud to have recently taken home the Good Food Guide 2024 Café of the Year award.

Introducing Happy Shop by Happyfield , our current quick-service, high-end takeaway concept , located just two doors down from Happyfield . Happy Shop brings the same focus on Good Food, Good Coffee, and Good Service to a fresh, quick-paced format.

Our success is built on three core values: Good Food, Good Coffee, and Good Service —but none of that happens without a great team. At Happyfield, we put people first. We’ve created a workplace that’s fun, energetic, and constantly evolving.

About You

You are:
Genuinely in love with hospitality




A natural communicator who makes every guest feel welcome and special
Well-presented and confident in your communication
Experienced in all aspects of Front of House and happy to go the extra mile
Thriving in a fast-paced setting
Available to work weekends

Positions Available
Waitstaff – Minimum 2 years' experience
Barista – Minimum 2 years' experience
Bartender – Minimum 1 year experience
Food & Beverage Runners – Minimum 1 year experience
