Responsibilities
Financial modelling, valuation and scenario analysis
Preparation of client materials, board papers and investor presentations
Sector and company research to support insights and recommendations
Assisting with due diligence, process management and deal documentation
Working closely with senior team members across live transactions and strategic reviews
Qualifications
1–3 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, Big 4 deals or strategy consulting
Robust analytical capability and attention to detail
Clear, concise communication skills
A mature, thoughtful approach and strong commercial judgement
A team‑oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership
