Manager, Health Safety & Wellbeing – NAB

Join NAB as a Manager, Health Safety & Wellbeing and lead HSW initiatives that impact thousands of colleagues globally.

Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring effective implementation of NAB’s HSW policy, frameworks, and processes.
Drive enterprise risk reviews, undertake audits, and strengthen NAB’s safety management system.
Design, implement, and evaluate initiatives that address physical and psychosocial risks and support mental health and resilience.
Lead, develop, and motivate a high‑performing team of HSW professionals.
Prepare and present high‑quality reports for senior leadership, highlighting key risks, mitigation strategies, and performance metrics.
Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and third‑party risk management activities.

Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in health and safety.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in a Health, Safety & Wellbeing advisory role, ideally in a corporate environment.
Proven experience leading and developing HSW specialists.
Solid understanding of risk management frameworks, including psychosocial risk.
Audit experience (ISO 45001 and/or self‑insurance WHS audits).




Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Ability to navigate complexity and deliver innovative, practical solutions.
